Michalis Karagiorgos was born in Athens in 1992 and from a very young age he became involved in sports. He was involved in track and field and excelled in middle and long distances, achieving several distinctions throughout his career.

In 2015, he graduated from the Department of Sports Science and Physical Education at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He worked as a physical education teacher at Dukas School while also starting his involvement in adult training.

In 2019, he specialized in the Pilates method by completing the A.F. Studies school. In 2022, he founded his own Pilates studio, Pilates by Michael, located on Michalakopoulou street in the center of Athens.

He has completed and received certification from the “Adult Educators Training” program at the Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. He now provides educational and thematic Pilates workshops to other professionals and studios.
