Lilian Antoniou was born and raised in Athens, where movement and dance became, from her earliest steps, a way to explore the body’s potential and express her inner creativity.
Her path led her to the Drama School “Archi” of Nelli Karra, where she combined theater with physical expression, delving deeper into kinesiology through the techniques of Jacques Lecoq, the neutral mask, and the “poetic body.” Classical ballet, contemporary dance, and Contact Improvisation became key elements of her practice, while she participated in festivals, performances, and international seminars with renowned teachers.
Her search for balance, awareness, and inner connection led her to Yoga, where she obtained a 200h Yoga Alliance certification, and later to Pilates, which quickly became the core of her professional journey.
Through her love for the method and for the human body, she deepened her understanding of the Pilates philosophy, refining her practice to adapt to the needs and abilities of every student.
Today, as a certified Pilates instructor through AF Studies and Pilates Loom, with international recognition from the European Health & Fitness Association (EuropeActive), she specializes in Clinical Pilates, the management of musculoskeletal issues, and adapting the practice for special populations.
