Dionysia Tetradi is a skilled professional with a rich background in Dance Studies and Pilates. She holds a Level 4 Diploma in Dance Education from ISTD London and graduated from the prestigious MYWAY Dance Academy in Kiev. Her journey in dance has been shaped through seminars with renowned choreographers of worldwide acclaim and collaborations with both Greek and international artists. During this time, she also discovered a passion for Pilates, which became a key focus in her professional development.
She has earned certifications from A.F. Studies and Pilates Loom Academy, complemented by specialized training through seminars with esteemed instructors such as Jean Claude Nelson, Robert Cerini, and Michael King. Dionysia is also a certified pre-and postnatal Pilates instructor, accredited by Human Mamma and NASM, further enhancing her ability to support women’s health and well-being.
Dionysia is pursuing a BSc in Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She combines her diverse dance, Pilates, and rehabilitation expertise to deepen her understanding of the human body, movement, and holistic health care.
